In the aftermath of a flood the clinic in Preston was compromised, affecting its medical equipment and services.
The clinic serves a large client base and needs urgent assistance to get back up and running.
After a thorough assessment it was evident there was no structural damage, which in this case is fortunate. Removing the water was of paramount importance, drying out the premises effectively is crucial to prevent mould and mildew growth – both of which are health hazards.
Repairs include replacing damaged flooring, implementing waterproofing measures, installation of new desks and other equipment.
The clinic has now recovered and is able to continue serving its clients in a safe, secure, professional medical environment.
In addition the clinic decided to completely refresh their premises, with new windows, re-wiring and added furnishings throughout.
Emergency Home Assist took on this project from start to finish, completing the initial emergency work, the repairs and the refurbishments.
